Salads: the proposals that we offer you are made with the freshest ingredients, such as the FATOOSH salad -a mixed salad with toasted pita bread and Sumac, a traditional Arab-condiment; and the famous TABBOULEH -chopped parsley salad with tomato, lemon, fresh mint, onion and Bulgur- essential in any Lebanese menu.
In our cold and hot starters we highlight our delicious HUMMUS -chickpea cream with Tahini (sesame sauce) and garlic seasoned with lemon and extra virgin olive oil-, as well as the mezze Lebanese YALANJI – Vine leaf rolls stuffed with rice and vegetables mince cooked slowly with olive oil-. we also present our FALAFEL -Arabic chickpea croquette with fine herbs and onion-, extremely creamy and intense flavor.
On the other hand, cooked on our charcoal grill, in Beytna, we propose the spectacular CHICKEN SHAWERMA -strips of grilled chicken with special spices served with vegetables, sauce garlic and bread- and the most typical Arab dish with our unique recipe, the KEBAB -minced meat skewers with onion and parsley, served with rice basmati, yogurt cream and cucumbers-. From our wood oven we take out the delicious TAJIN OF KOFTA AND TAHINI -minced lamb and tahini (sesame sauce), cooked in a slow cooker sealed mud with pita bread- and MOSAKAA -roasted eggplant with sauce tomato, green pepper and gratin cheese, cooked in a clay pot.
As a main dish, essential in every Arab table, we prepare our MANSAF. Traditional Middle Eastern dish, of Bedouin origin. It consists on lamb meat, rice and yogurt. This dish, which symbolizes brotherhood, is served on a central tray, from which each diner eat with the right hand.
